• Payment Data: All financial and payment card details are processed directly by our integrated secure payment gateway partners. We do not store or have direct access to your credit card, debit card, or netbanking credentials on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Membership CRM and Application portal.
• Improve, personalize, and expand our portal services and community reach.
• Understand and analyze how you use our portal to improve user experience.
• Process and evaluate your membership applications, issue certificates, and generate member identity cards.
• Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our coordinators, to provide you with updates and other information relating to your application, and for customer service.
• Process registration fees and send transaction invoices/receipts.

3. Log Files and Analytics

INFOCEM follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
