Welcome to Integrated Network For Community Empowerment (INFOCEM). These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of INFOCEM's Membership CRM and Portal.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Do not continue to use INFOCEM's portal if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: "User", "Member", "Applicant", "You", and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and compliant with the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our", and "Us" refers to INFOCEM. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the User and ourselves.

2. User Accounts and Security

To access application services, you must register an account on the INFOCEM membership portal. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and application processes.
• Maintain the security of your password and credentials. You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Promptly notify us at mahesh@infocem.org if you detect any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

3. Application Submissions and Membership

All applications submitted through the CRM system undergo thorough verification. Submission of an application does not guarantee membership approval. INFOCEM reserves the right to:

• Verify any educational certificates, identification proofs, and address details submitted.
• Approve or reject any membership or benefit application based on internal policies and eligibility criteria.
• Revoke approved memberships or benefits if details are subsequently found to be incorrect, fraudulent, or violating community code.

4. Payments, Fees, and Transactions

Membership registrations and application processing are subject to standard fees as listed on the registration/application forms. All payments are processed through integrated secure third-party payment gateways. You agree that:

• You will pay all fees in Indian Rupees (INR) using valid online payment instruments.
• Fees are non-refundable except under conditions explicitly stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
• If an application is rejected during verification, processing fees are non-refundable, as they cover administrative verification costs.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the portal for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading or transmitting documents that contain viruses, malware, or destructive code.
• Attempting to bypass portal security measures, access admin controls, or disrupt system servers.
• Using another user's login credentials or impersonating any individual.
• Using the system to generate fraudulent certificates, ID cards, or official documents.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, INFOCEM owns the intellectual property rights for all material, software code, system layouts, logos, designs, and content on the membership portal. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from INFOCEM for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sircilla / Rajannasiricilla District, Telangana, India.
